1. The license
A paid license allows you to install and use the selected QuietSuite application on the number of computers included in that plan. Each application is licensed separately. The software is licensed, not sold. The checkout on this website is a demonstration and does not complete a purchase.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of your prompts, replies, recordings, transcripts, minutes, and action plans. You are responsible for having the rights required to process that material. QuietTranscribe leaves an imported original file unchanged and stores application recordings in your user folder.
3. QuietPII
QuietPII helps you remove personal identification information before you copy a prompt to an LLM, then restore it in a reply you paste back. You must review the cleaned prompt before sending it. Detection can miss sensitive details, and you are responsible for what you submit to a third-party model.
4. QuietTranscribe models
Transcription uses a model installed on your computer. You choose whether to download one. Speech recognition, translation, minutes, and action plans can be wrong, so review them before relying on them.
5. Acceptable use
You may not redistribute an application, share license keys outside the licensed computers, bypass licensing controls, or use the software to break the law or infringe someone else’s rights.
6. Ownership of the product
QuietSuite, QuietPII, QuietTranscribe, their logos, interfaces, and software remain the property of their owners. These terms do not transfer that ownership.
7. Availability
Features can change between versions. A one-time license covers the licensed version and its maintenance updates.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the applications are provided as available. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, a missed identifier, a lost recording, or a decision made from an unreviewed transcript or reply.
